A great spot for dessert after a meal! I really enjoy their taufufa—smooth and delicious. The prices are reasonable, similar to other taufufa shops in the market. Highlight: Their soybean ice cream is absolutely amazing! Definitely worth a try.
I’ve been here a few times before, but I usually go for their cold desserts since I’m more of a cold-sweets kind of person. This time, I decided to try something different and ordered the hot version of their tau fu fa for the first time. We picked one of their top recommended items on the menu, paid at the counter, and received a number for their queue system. It didn’t take too long before our number was called and we were served. To my surprise, the hot tau fu fa tasted much better than I expected. I’ve never been a fan of hot desserts, but this one changed my mind a little. The texture of the tau fu fa was incredibly soft and silky — it just melts in your mouth. What made it more interesting was the variety of condiments that came with it, including boba and tang yuan (glutinous rice balls). Both were soft and complemented the tau fu fa really well, adding different textures without overpowering the main flavor. All in all, I’m glad I gave the hot version a try. It’s definitely something I’d consider ordering again on a rainy day or when I’m in the mood for something comforting and warm.
The ice cream is super solid and full of soy taste. One cup is very filling. It is not too sweet as well which is good. The taufufa is very smooth and soft, also with a generous portion. The taste is not as sweet as typical taufufa, ginger juice is really gingery. I love it. Things are cheap, good tasting, and healthy. Honest business. Seats are limited, and the chairs are not very comfy.
